InSite Consultants

Make the margins center.
THE MISSION We envision Arizona as a transformative place for racial equity practices resulting in multiracial, multi-class, multi-gendered, and multi-generational leadership and civic participation.

THE WORK  InSite's work focuses on institutional change to impact equitable outcomes.  We recognize the urgent need for institutions to remain accountable to their constituents, therefore building partnerships between institutions, organizers, community members and local leadership is foundational to our practice.

Work with Us
InSite works with community organizations, large institutions, schools, and cultural centers.  We offer a wide-range of workshops and tailor each workshop to your needs and field.  We highly encourage our clients to attend our InSite workshops to see what our work is all about.
Our Projects
At InSite, we believe the arts play a central role in imagining a more justice future by amplifying voices most impacted by disparity. Our creative work focuses on institutional arts leadership to engage with racially diverse publics with consideration for histories of place and politics.
Workshops
We offer a series engaging workshops that focus on racial equity, whiteness, creative placemaking, cultural safety, and racial justice.  Our workshops fuse arts practice, dialogue and useful tools together in highly participatory learning environments.

Client Experience
"From start to finish, our experience with Insite was wonderful. The Insite team took the time to come to our facility to learn more about what we do and curated a workshop specific to the population we work with at Andre House. The time and effort they put into curating the workshop was reflected in the rich conversations they facilitated and the tools we were able to walk away with at the end. This went beyond just sharing slides and reading facts; they helped our staff move past the simple conversation of diversity into a dynamic and challenging conversation about racial equity. At the end, I think all of us walked away knowing that we could do better by our guests. This workshop should be required for any organization in the social justice sphere!"
