Who We Are

We offer a series engaging racial equity, whiteness, creative placemaking, cultural safety, and racial justice workshops. Our workshops fuse arts practice, dialogue and useful tools together in highly participatory learning environments. We also offer project leadership and coaching.

Our approach is rooted in connecting communities most impacted with their rightful civic power. We work with institutions to assist in Unlearning harmful practices, building a strong power-analysis to ready for power-sharing, and we center the wisdom at the margins as community members lead our work.

At InSite, we continue develop our own practice around place-based racial justice. We partner with organizers to better understand who is most impacted and how we can create systemic change.
