Deeply embedded in the work of InSite is the spirit of Joy and Collaboration that we, as core members, desire see in our daily lives.  We believe that joy is connected to our liberation and liberation requires being intimately connected to our community and others.  We frame and develop our workshops and meetings with joy and intimacy as foundational values of transformation.  

Throughout our workshops and trainings we integrate embodied and somatic practices for relaxation and reflection.  We ask questions that center our humanity and create a place for mistake and new learnings.  

We believe that learning is a space and place for freedom, and that JOY nourishes our courage.
